The Install Base Error Correction and Synchronization program completes, but there is no indication in the log file that the program failed or completed successfully.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit the Install Base Error Correction and Synchronization program using the Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility.

2. Open the Log file for the concurrent request. There is no indication that the process failed or completed.
