Symptoms

When manually scheduling a line at the same time that the background scheduling process is running the following error occurs:
ERROR
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: 3150: Process 'OEOL/3060463' is being worked upon. Please retry the current request on the process later.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User >Orders,Returns>sales orders >
2. Enter and book a new order
3. Wait until the background scheduling process is running, then use Actions-> scheduling
    to manually schedule this order.
5. Review the scheduling background process log file. The Schedule Order error appears here.
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: 3150: Process 'OEOL/3060463' is being worked upon.

Please retry the current request on the process later.

1. Set up the background scheduling process to run twice, at the same time, from two different organizations.
2. Review the schedule orders log file
3. The Schedule order error may appear.

Due to this issue, users cannot manually schedule a line and the background scheduling process is running at the same time the following error occurs : Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: 3150: Process 'OEOL/3060463' is being worked upon. Please retry the current request on the process later.

this causes the order to appear not to be scheduled. If the schedule parameters are different than the initial ones, the order will need to be rescheduled.
