Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
In the settlements screen you try to unauthorize an unreconciled transaction, you get the error message XTR_ALREADY_RECONCILED
if there is already another transaction with same transaction number but date&amount type varies.
This is seen in RTMM and other Deal types as well.
