-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.9 in Production:
Customer needs to limit the total hours by day saved in a timecard to exactly 2. They want to raise an error message if total hours recorded for a day is less than 2 or more than 2.
So, when they set up a rule (form HXCAPPRL) using seeded the formula called 'Period Hours vs Time Category ( Seeded formula )' with usage = 'Save'.
Parameters of this formula are : period='daily' / hour='2' / operator='=' / time category='Total1'.
They have used this seeded time category 'Total1' provided by OTL without modifying it (it is only pointing to 'Dummy Element Context', without any value). They set up a rule group too, with this formula only. Despite of this setup, no validation are performed against the daily total hours saved in a timecard.
