When tried to add users to the Access Control List in Contracts Repository, no value populates in
the List of Values (LOV).
Why the LOV does not have any value populated?
Steps to get the issue:
(R) Contracts Workbench Administrator
(N) Click on any available contracts to update (click the update link)
(N) Click on the "CONTROL" tab
(N) Under the "Access Control List" header click on ADD USER button
(N) When clicking on the LOV to select a user, no record fetched in the LOV
