Symptoms

The Update Button on Opportunity attachment is disabled.

This issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Sales User
(N) Sales Dashboard
Opportunities
Click on one of the Acquisition/Renewals
In Notes Block clicked on Add Attachments button
Select Add From Document Catalog
Select one of the documents and clicked Apply button
Save
Note that the update feature is disabled.
