R12 - New Installation Using Rapidwiz Fails With RW-20004 After Specifying The Configuation File (Doc ID 444870.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install APPS Tier on the second node rapidwiz is failing with error after specifying the
configuration file.

Doing a multi Apps node and multi user installation.

Doing the installation as a Shared File System install.

Installation on the first node for both DB APPS Tiers worked with out error.

This error can also occur for single Node installations.

ERROR
RW-20004 No installs found for this Host.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run rapidwiz
2. provide the configuation file (config_<SID>.txt ) when asked.
3. errors
