Goal

Why do attachments created via the item master form (INVIDITM) in the forms (ERP application) not display in the HTML pages of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)?

PLM is also known as:
  • Advanced Product Catalog (APC)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Product Data Hub
  • Product Hub

 

STEPS
Reproduce the issue as follows:
1. Create item within the forms / item master
2. Add attachments via form.
3. Goto PLM
4. Query.
5. See no attachments.
