When Attempting to Cancel an Order Line Receives Message Not Allowed To Update Line Because Line Is Closed

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 instance:
When attempting to cancel order line, the following error occurs:
Note: You are not allowed to update Order Line because Order Line has been closed
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Quick Sales Order
3. Enter order Header details
Go to Order Line 1, enter part number and quantity
Use Down Arrow key to enter the next line
Enter Part Number and quantity
Go back to line 1 and try cancelling the line using actions-> cancel or by changing the Qty to 0.
Enter the reason and you will get the error.
