How To See The FA Account Generator Workflow In The Workflow Monitor?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
As the System Administrator. Navigate to Workflow > Find Processes. In the Item Type field, chose FA Account Generator. There are no processes with any status.
Account generator is working fine, but the workflow cannot be viewed and it is only happening for FA.
