On R12, 12.0.0, running on Linux x86-64:
AD Patch failed to apply the Arabic version of <Patch 5747358> with the following error reported in the log file:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ce forms/AR CEXCABMR.fmx
ce forms/AR CEXSYSPR.fmx
ce forms/AR CEXSTATI.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : NO

The following errors are also reported in the relevant AD Worker log files:
