Symptoms

Error running concurrent like <module name> module: <module title>, for example CN_CL_RULES_INSTALL module: Install Classification Rules Package

ERROR
Error: ORACLE error 4068 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "<name_procedure/package>"
