POR Proxy Profiles Are Populated Incorrectly When The Instance Or Database Is Bounced, Resulting In Error 201 Unable To Reach Supplier Site (Doc ID 452816.1)

Symptoms

When the instance or database is brought down and then back up, the following profile values are populated with an incorrect null or not null default value after the bounce.

POR : Proxy Server Port
POR : Proxy Server Name

Replication Steps:
1. Set the profiles to null values at the Site level

POR : Proxy Server Port
POR : Proxy Server Name

2. Bounce the instance or bounce the database

3. Check the profile values and see they are populated with NOT NULL values (or NULL values) that are different than the values before the bounce occurred.

4.  Attempt punchout to a supplier from iProcurement and get error due to incorrect proxy profile values after the bouncing the environment.

Error Code: 201 Unable To Reach Supplier Site
