Symptoms

When running the Interface Trip Stop concurrent program it completes with the following error:

wf CompleteActivity error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxx'. (line_id for order line with problem)
X_Return_status is now WARNING
