Service Request Tab In Contact Center Defaults Customer Incident Address (Doc ID 452881.1)

When creating a new service request in contact center, the customer address is automatically defaulted to the incident address.
Is this intended functionality or there is an option to have no incident address being defaulted from the customer address (to have the incident address still a mandatory step, but with no default value on it, so the agent needs always to pick one from the list) ?
