5.0 OTM RATE ROUNDING INCORRECT (Doc ID 453158.1)

Symptoms

Client have set up Rounding Type=Nearest Interval, Rounding Interval=0.01, Rounding Fields Level=Currency Fields and Rounding Application=Cost Calculations . This resulted in truncating the line item costs at 2 decimal places. They feel that it should be rounding 0.004 and less to 0.00
and 0.005 and up to 0.01 but instead it truncates everything to 0.00. For per shipment costs such as $3500 it truncates it to $3499.99.
