Symptoms

In R12, unable to add free text for professional details pertaining to schools and colleges. It validates against the 'List of Values', even after the profile option HR: Free text school name allowed in Self Service is set to 'yes'. 

Navigation:
1. Employee Self Service > Professional Details
2. Add schools/colleges under Education and Qualifications
