Import Into Property Manager of Extracted GL Recovery Values Fails (Doc ID 453289.1)

Symptoms

While setting up the Recovery process for expenses in Property Manager, the data is extracted to the Property Manager interface table from GL, but will not then load to Property Manager.  All transactions in the interface are in Error status.  The recovery expenses cannot be imported.

 

Steps To Reproduce:
1)  Create the property, the building, the floor and the offices.

2)  Create the lease.

3)  Enter the budget in GL.

4)  Set up the account map in Property Manager.

5)  Set up a Lease Recovery Agreement.

6)  Run the Expense Extraction from GL.
