Editing Involved Party Location On Shipment results in http Status 404 Message (Doc ID 453372.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.02, When attempting to click on the 'n' button in the Shipment - Involved Party Location tab, the following error occurs:

HTTP Status 404 - /jsp/Location/LOCATION/View.jspx

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to a 5.5 CU2 environment and go to the menu, Transportation Planning and Execution - Shipment Management - Shipment Manager
2. search for a shipment. Click on the id field to edit it.
3. Go to the Involved Party tab, and click on 'n' in the Involved Party Location field.
4. The error HTTP Status 404 - /jsp/Location/LOCATION/View.jspx appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create involved party locations in the Shipment UI
