FORM:CSDREPLN.FMB - Repairs
When attempting to enter and save a Repair Order (SR), an error occurs.
Two charge lines (Return and Ship) are not getting created.
The Coverage details missing for the Contract Line.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility> Depot Repair.
2. Navigation> Depot Repair/Repair Orders.
3. Enter the Service Request information - Customer, Contacts, Installed item, Summary and Request type, etc.
4. Enter the Repair type.
5. Save the details and the error occurs.
Due to this issue, it is not possible to get the charge lines created.
