Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 in Production:


Find that the Total Compensation Statements generated by the Administrator are not available for the employees.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Employee Self Service Responsibility.
2. Choose the seeded function ‘Total Compensation Statement’.
The following message is shown up: "You do not have a Total Compensation Statement available at this time".
