On 188.8.131.52 in Production:
When attempting to launch the spreadsheet template for Load Benefits Elections, Excel launches but hangs, the following error occurs:
Have your system administrator view the bne.log file. Log File Bookmark: 899842
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Configuration Workbench Responsibility
2. Navigate: Configuration Workbench > Data Conversion > Benefits Enrollments > Click on task > Load Benefits Elections > Pick Business Group > Launch the Spreadsheet.
