PDF Output Not Available In Releases Form As An Attachment After Approval (Doc ID 453741.1)

When using the PDF output functionality and a standard purchase order is approved, an attachment (Category : Document) is available at the header level in the PO summary form to see the PDF.

This attachment is not available for approved blanket releases.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enable PDF option
2. Approve one release to generate the e-mail PO for the supplier along with the PDF file.
3. Query approved release in Releases form
4. Click on the attachment icon
5. The attachment (Category: file) for the PDF is not available.
