Symptoms

When attempting to auto-schedule tasks from the Dispatch Center, the following error occurs:

 

   Task <task> has encountered error: Error calling Task Manager API. Scheduler error:
    GET_ASSIGN_TASK_RESOURCES. Return status: E.
    Error1: No resources found.     Please try again.,
    error2: No resources found. Please try again.,
    error3: No resources found. Please try again.,
    error4: No installed base resources found for the selected task.,
    error5: &ERROR5. Concerning task: <task>.
    ********** Scheduler concurrent program finished. Completion status: Warning. Completion
    message: None of the available schedulable tasks have been scheduled
    successfully. Check the ouput for errors.
    1 tasks have been processed.
    0 tasks have been scheduled successfully.
    1 tasks could not be scheduled successfully.



If you test the scheduling process manually via Intelligent mode, you discover that territory assignment works fine.  Territory with 'skills' checked works as well, however as soon as either 'contracts' or 'installed base' is checked no resources are found.
