Unable To Navigate to Sales Order Line form - ORA-04062: of has been changed (Doc ID 454170.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to navigate from the sales order header to the line item tab,
the following error occurs:

Error also appears at Quick Sales order form when click on "order item" column of the line section.

ERROR
ORA-04062: of has been changed
ORA-01403: no data found


This occurs for all responsibilities.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate Orders,Returns > Sales Order
3. Enter header information, see order #118035129
4. Press Line Items tab - receive error

Changes

This instance was created as 11.5.9 with data and then upgraded to R12.
