Symptoms

Contract lines are terminated but the billing continues after termination date.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (R) Service Contracts.
2. Create Service Contract.
3. Run Billing for some months.
4. Terminate One line.
5. Run billing in next month, Invoice is created for terminated line.
