Rate Expiration Is Treated As Expiration Date + 24 Hours.

Oracle Transportation Management - Version:
This problem can occur on any platform.

When the action 'Expire Rate Record' is used and an expiration date is used that is two days in the past, that rate will still be retrieved in RIQ up to 'Date available by ' of one day ago. When expiring, OTM stores the date as UTC (using 08:00), therefore it seems the 'real' expiry is exactly 1 Day later than what is entered.
