Symptoms
When attempting to submit seeded or customized concurrent program request without a seeded template file the following error occurs:
The following error appears in the Layout Template:
Error - java.lang.NullPointerException at
oracle.apps.xdo.oa.template.server.TemplatesAMImpl.processTemplate(TemplatesAMImpl.java:2101) at
java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Native Method) at
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAUtility.invokeMethod(OAUtility.java:189) at
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAUtility.invokeMethod(OAUtility.java:152) at
