Symptoms

Asset Quick Addition fails with the following error:-

APP-OFA-48396: Program exited with errors:
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("FA"."FA_DISTRIBUTION_HISTORY"."ASSET_ID")
Error: function fa_distribution_history_pkg.insert_row returned failure
ORA-200001: APP-OFA-48301: Unknown server side error. Please contact your
system administrator.
Error: function FA_QUICK_PVT_PKG.DO_QUICK_ADDITION returned failure
Error: function FA_QUICK_PUB_PKG.CREATE_ASSET returned failure
