When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop for a delivery the following error occurs:

ERROR
Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error : Cannot derive the Code Combination id
for Order Type Id value 1003
Unable to get account for delivery detail id 1142437

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management super user
2. Nav->shipping->interfaces->run
3. Run interface trip stop for a delivery
4. Interface Trip Stop completes in error.
5. Review the log file, see the above error message.
