Quote Approval gives FRM-92100 for Customer Names with Double Quotes Sign (Doc ID 455566.1)

In Forms Quoting when initiating the approval process for a quote where the customer name contains the double quotes sign ("), the following error occurs.

FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was interrupted.
This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the server.
You will need to reestablish your session.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create customer having a customer name with double quotes .
2. Create quote header.
3. Save
4. Click Actions > Approvals
5. FRM-92100 error appears.
