Goal

A Trading Partner has two distinct punchout sites from which to shop. Attempting to send a cXML Purchase Order to the Trading Partner, but there is an issue with the 'PO: cXML From Identity' profile value. The issue is that the Trading Partner identifies which "site" that the user is trying to issue a cXML Purchase Order to and the code is using the "From" Identity in the cXML header. It appears there can only be one value set at the site level and the Trading Partner is needing a second value in order to send a cXML Purchase Order to the other "site".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. PunchOut to "Site1" for Trading Partner A, shop for items and return them to the iProcurement Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout on iProcurement requisition, complete it, and approve it.
3. Create and approve a Standard Purchase Order to the Trading Partner using the requisition created in step 2 above.
4. cXML Purchase Order is successfully sent to the Trading Partner and they identify it as an order against their "Site1"
5. PunchOut to "Site2" for Trading Partner A, shop for items and return them to the iProcurement Shopping Cart.
6. Proceed to Checkout on iProcurement requisition, complete it, and approve it.
7. Create and approve a Standard Purchase Order to the Trading Partner using the requisition created in step 6 above.
8. cXML Purchase Order is successfully sent to the Trading Partner; however, they continue to identify it as an order against their "Site1".
