Email Notification Preference Getting Overridden. (Doc ID 456067.1)

Symptoms

On executing Synchronize WF Local Roles concurrent program, the notification_preference column in wf_local_roles table is getting changed from MAILHTML to QUERY for records where the ORIG_SYSTEM = 'ENG_LIST'.

Because of this the notifications are not sent as an EMAIL and causing problems with Oracle Engineering.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that notification preference to be taken from global notification preference set.

Steps

  1. Create Change type
  2. Create Approval list
  3. Create the ECO with Change type and approval list
  4. Provide Necessary information related to the changes.
  5. Click Submit button
  6. Go to Tools and select View Approval, Click on the status for the status of workflow.
