Unable To Update Clauses From Contract Terms For Service Contracts

Symptoms
After linking a Contracts Term Template to a Service Contract, it is not possible to update the Clauses.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected is that it is possible to change the text of the clause.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter a new service contract. Enter all mandatory data and save.
2. Under the admin tab click on the Contract Terms button.
3. The contract terms window opens. Select a Contract Term Template and choose Apply.
4. Open a clause and try to update it.
