Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Version: 5.5 CU2
The configuration of a Business Monitor requires a look up on the Appointment Table to see if an appointment exists for a shipment_gid.  There is no index on the shipment_gid column on the appointment table, this is resulting in the Saved Query to perform a full table scan on the appointment table, thus significantly increasing the return time.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create a saved query looking up the appointment using the shipment_gid as the search field in a business monitor.
