Receive Error Message And Get Logged Out of Oracle After Opening Collections And Performing Search (Doc ID 456210.1)

Symptoms


After opening Collections Agent form and performing search, receive error message and get logged out of Oracle.

Error received:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.
your log on session has become invalid . exiting oracle applications

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in audfrm
Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to oracle

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
JTF_GRID package reports error:

DEVELOPER_ERROR:jtf_grid.reset reports that:
grid: <ASTLSGEN_GRID.ITEM_GRID>
has not been initialized. A grid must be specified using BLOCK.ITEM_NAME in UPPERCASE.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Collectors Agent Responsibility
Navigation>Collections
Opens form
Select Torch from Tool Menu to enter Search details
Enter Search Details and select search button - Operating Unit = OU: ACM
Results return
Then get the errors
