When Planning Order Movements with Interim Stops, the Interim Stops are Ignored in a Bulk Plan

This problem can occur on any platform.
On 5.5.03, Find that an Order Movement when bulk planned with an Interim Location on it's itinerary, builds a shipment where the second stop which is supposed to be the Interim Location is set as the end stop.
When the same Order Movement is built with the Order Movement action - Build Buy Shipment - With
Valid Itineraries, the stops are built correctly taking into account the interim location
Expect that the bulk plan process also builds the shipment with the interim location specified on
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an Order Movement from a Release which has a fixed itinerary set with an interim location
2. Bulk plan the order movement and find that the second stop on the shipment is set as the end stop on the shipment (i.e. not accounting for the interim location on the Itinerary)
3. Unassign the Order Movement and build a shipment using the With Valid Itineraries action and see that the interim location is included in the shipment stops

Due to this issue, users cannot test Order Movement bulk plan functionality with reliable results
