What To Do If The User Role In Manage User Screen Is Read Only In Version 5.5.3. (Doc ID 456744.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


After applying CU3, a user role can no longer be updated through the UI in the user manager. The
field is now read-only.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration and Administration -> User Management -> List Users
2. Search for a user -> edit
3. Try to update the User Role ID
