Symptoms

Using the Advanced Scheduler or Assignment Manager to assign a service request and task owner or task assignee returns no resources to be scheduled and the following error is displayed:


"APP-CSR-254043: No plan options were found for task with number <task>.
Consult the service manager for a resolution."



Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 12.x.
