Checkout Button Not Available To Istore User (Doc ID 457266.1)

When logging into iStore as a B2B user, the checkout button is not displayed in the cart. 

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Log onto iStore as a B2B user

2) Select a product

3) Add to Cart

4) No Checkout button is present in Cart 


When logging in as a person type customer, the button is displayed successfully.
