Checkout Button Not Available To Istore User (Doc ID 457266.1)

Symptoms

.
Customer defined B2B users by using application (not by registering to Istore)  User can log into webstore, but the checkout facility is not available.



Steps To Reproduce:

1) Log onto webstore.
2) Select a product

3) Add to Cart

4) No Checkout button is present in Cart 

Can see the correct customer account number displayed on the page, but no checkout option is
shown.
