Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
You have created grades in Nov 2003 with effective From date 01-JAN-1900 and To Date 23-JAN-1999.
You wanted to reactivate some of these grades (by removing the end date) but were getting the following error when trying to save the change:
"This Combination has Expired".

Core HR - Grade - Description, attempt to remove the end date, save and get error
