Symptoms

The Create Accounting process incorrectly shows error 95311 for events that can not be accounted because the corresponding event is not accounted.

If an event can not be accounted because a related event is not accounted, the Create Accounting process shows the following errors:

95311 - The segment value for the account code combination specified in line 2 is not assigned to the ledger Vision Operations (USA). Please update the segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another segment value.

0 - This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event for the application Payables that it references has been fully accounted.

Error = 0 is a valid error because there are unaccounted events that need to be accounted before this event.

Error = 95311 is not a valid error. There is no problem with the account.
