Contract Terms Setup: Getting Errors When Using the Responsibility "Contracts Terms Setup" (Doc ID 458257.1)

Symptoms

When configuring R12 contracts using the responsibility "Contracts Terms Setup" you get the error:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

Clicking the exception details shows errors like:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No data found for region (/oracle/apps/okc/repository/setup/webui/ContractActionsPG).

or

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module
'oracle.apps.okc.setup.server.BusinessDocSearchAM'.

or

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No data found for region (/oracle/apps/okc/repository/setup/webui/RelationshipTypesPG).

The errors occur when trying to access one of the following::

- Business Document Types
- Relationship Types
- Contract Actions

Added the responsibility "Contracts Terms Setup" to your user.
