Symptoms
When attempting to remove a grade from a grade ladder in the setup wizard,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
You cannot end date a grade step, if you have used it as the ceiling step for your grade scale in
a future record.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Total Compensation>Total Compensation Setup Wizard>GSP
3. Update grade ladder
4. Task 3 0f 7 (grades)
5. Remove grade
6. Click next until Review page
7. Select Update with Replace>Submit
