Need The Ability To Suppress The Assessment Submission Notifications (Doc ID 458477.1)

OTA J introduces a notification which goes to each learner and manager when a learner submits a test. As one course can contain many tests (ie. after each group of topics) and learners can also re-attempt tests many times (until they pass), this could result in a excessive amount of notifications being sent, especially to the Manager. A manager is unlikely to utilise any of these notifications particularly if they have a large team who are all attempting to complete these online courses (inc. tests) at the same time.

There is the need to be able to suppress these notifications either on a test by test basis or overall.
