Symptoms

After resetting a user's password, when they login and attempt to access any responsibility,the application gives an error.

Error:

Unable to generate forwarding URL.
Exception: oracle.apps.fnd.security.DataVerificationException:  Invalid CRC length. -63


Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to the Oracle Application.
2. Enter new password at prompt - Choose OK.
3. Select the iSupplier Portal responsibility.

Changes

Applied ATG.CU.5 patchset on the instance which is a clone from production.
