After changing an effective start date for a responsibility from a future date to the current date for a
user, the responsibility does not appear on the users list of responsibilities. A similar problem may occur when changing the effective end date.
The problem persists after restarting Apache.
The SQL output below also shows the data has not been updated in the WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES table:
REM START OF SQL
set echo on
set timing on
set feedback on
set pagesize 132
set linesize 80
select USER_NAME, ROLE_NAME, USER_ORIG_SYSTEM, START_DATE, EXPIRATION_DATE,
USER_START_DATE, USER_END_DATE, ROLE_START_DATE, ROLE_END_DATE,
EFFECTIVE_START_DATE, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE, ASSIGNMENT_TYPE, OWNER_TAG
where upper(USER_NAME) = upper('&Enter_user_name')
and ROLE_ORIG_SYSTEM = 'FND_RESP'
order by USER_NAME, ROLE_NAME
REM END OF SQL
This means that the user cannot use the affected responsibility.
