This problem can occur on any platform.
On 5.5, Find that Shipments are not scheduled for appointments according to the specified preference windows for their respective service providers
Expect that the appointments are scheduled according to the service provider preference
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a Location respurce with a Service Provider Preference
2. Auto Schedule appointments for shipments belonging to these service providers
3. Then look at the appointments and see that the appointments are not scheduled according to the time windows specified for the service provider
-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to manually re-schedule appointments negating the purpose of the project
