BPA print from iReceivables. Errors : java error oracle.apps.ar.bpa.presentment.webui.PageCO.showPdfMultiInv and Acrobat error "This file cannot be opened because it has no pages."

-- Problem Statement:
On in Production:
When printing invoices from Bill Presentment from the Account Management tab of iReceivables, we get the following error:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: An error occurred while generating the PDF


Once the above error was fixed by applying <>, customer could click the Print Button but while trying to open the resulting pdf file, Adobe Acrobat gives the following error

There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be opened because it has no pages."

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Query customer in Account Management, click 'Account' tab , check the radio button for an invoice,
click the print button
