Troubleshooting ORA-01403, ORA-06508 and FRM-40735 in Forms

Purpose
This script will generate the list of Forms .pll libraries that are not compiled correctly. This can occur for example after applying patches or upgrading and results in the .pll version being higher than the .plx version .
Further problems can occur from this, if for example other libraries are referencing the uncompiled ones.
The script will generate a list of libraries that are not compiled and these should then be manually recompiled in order to correct the problem and the Forms then retested.Typical errors would include:
ORA-01403, no data found
FRM-40735: PRE-TEXT-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
